Beschreibung

Sofosbuvir is an antiviral agent that is used for the treatment of hepatitis C infections and is used in combination with other antiviral agents. This drug is an inhibitor of viral RNA polymerase called non-structural protein 5B (NS5B). As a result, it inhibits viral RNA replication.
