5-Cyclopentyl-1H-pyrazole is a drug that can be used to inhibit abnormal cell growth and cancer. It has been shown to be effective in the treatment of abnormal cells in mice. The 5-cyclopentyl-1H-pyrazole molecule is an enantiomer, which means it has two mirror image forms. The two forms have different effects on cells, with one form being more potent than the other. When 5-cyclopentyl-1H-pyrazole was synthesized, it was found that only one of the enantiomers inhibited cancerous cell growth while the other did not show any effect.
