Beschreibung

Isopteleine is a perfamine derivative that inhibits human liver dictamnine. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of mammalian cells, with potent cytotoxicity against human hematopoietic cells. Isopteleine has also been shown to inhibit the cycle analysis of hepatocytes in vivo, and has been found to be toxic to the genus Dasycarpus. This agent also exhibits significant cytotoxicity against mouse erythroleukemia cells, while being devoid of any inhibitory activity against guinea pig erythrocytes.
