Beschreibung

2-Nitrobenzophenone is a solid dispersion of pyrazole ring compounds. It has been used in the past as a health care product, but is now considered an environmental contaminant. 2-Nitrobenzophenone can be used to treat autoimmune diseases, cancer and copper complex. 2-Nitrobenzophenone also has the ability to detect very low concentrations of copper ions, which are toxic to cells. This compound is resistant to nitrosation and attack by reactive oxygen species (ROS). 2-Nitrobenzophenone can inhibit epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) activity and promote cell proliferation through the activation of protein kinase C (PKC). The reaction solution of this compound with an inorganic acid forms pyrimidine compounds that have antioxidant properties.
