1,6-Bis(triethoxysilyl)hexane is a polymerization product of triethoxysilane. The polymer has been synthesized by hydrosilylation reactions of 1,6-bis(triethoxysilyl)hexane and tetrahydrofuran in the presence of acidic catalysts.
