Produktinformation
1,4,9-Trioxa-12-azadispiro[4.2.5.2]pentadecan-11-one is a peptide with an amino acid sequence of Lys-Arg-Tyr-Ile-Glu-Asp that has been synthesized for use as a research tool and as an inhibitor in cell biology and pharmacology experiments. The peptide binds to the receptor site on ion channels, inhibiting the flow of ions through the channel. 1,4,9-Trioxa-12-azadispiro[4.2.5.2]pentadecan-11-one has also been shown to be an activator with respect to ligands for certain receptors in pharmacological experiments using cells from rat brain tissue cultures and mouse spleen cells.
