Beschreibung:Bone morphogenetic protein-2 is a secreted signaling protein that belongs to the transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β) superfamily. It has been shown to stimulate bone formation, inhibit bone resorption and stimulate cartilage production. BMP 2 is an activator of receptors for type I and II receptors for TGF-β.
