• Beschreibung: IL-12 is a heterodimeric cytokine that can be produced by T cells and natural killer cells. IL-12 is composed of two subunits, p35 and p40. It has been shown to induce the production of Interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) and other cytokines in response to infection with intracellular bacteria, such as Mycobacterium tuberculosis and M. avium complex. IL 12 Mouse is an antibody against the protein IL 12 that blocks its interaction with cell surface receptors on T cells, thus preventing the activation of these cells.
