Beschreibung:PDGFD is a potent inhibitor of protein interactions. PDGFD has been shown to inhibit the interaction between Kv1.2 and its ligand, as well as inhibit the activation of potassium channels by ATP. PDGFD has also been used in research as a tool to study receptor-ligand interactions and ion channels. This product is a recombinant human protein that has been expressed in E. coli cells with an N-terminal hexahistidine tag for easy purification, and is >95% pure.
