• Beschreibung: IL1-beta is a pro-inflammatory cytokine that belongs to the Interleukin family. It is expressed in response to inflammation, trauma, and infection and can be found in many tissues of the body. IL1-beta has been shown to have a wide variety of effects on the body including regulating cell growth and differentiation. IL1-beta has also been shown to bind with high affinity to specific receptors that are known as type I interleukins. These receptors are able to activate other cells such as T cells and macrophages, which produce more inflammatory cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα) and interferon gamma (IFNγ).IL1-beta Mouse is a mouse monoclonal antibody that binds specifically with IL1-beta. This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry or Western blotting experiments. It can also be used for blocking studies using an ELISA assay or RIA assay.
