• Beschreibung: TFF1 is a protein that belongs to the TNF family of cytokines. It is a homodimer with two identical chains that are linked by disulfide bonds at specific positions. TFF1 has been shown to be secreted by monocytes, macrophages, and lymphocytes in response to LPS stimulation. TFF1 binds to the cell membrane of target cells and induces proinflammatory responses such as cytokine production and the activation of NF-κB.
