Beschreibung

N-Phthaloyl-DL-glutamic anhydride is a molecule that has been shown to be mediated by the binding of glutarimide. It is antiinflammatory and has been shown to inhibit tumor growth in animal models. N-Phthaloyl-DL-glutamic anhydride inhibits angiogenesis by blocking the proliferation of capillary endothelial cells, thereby reducing the size of tumors. This drug also reduces abnormal cell growth and metastasis by inhibiting vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) production. N-Phthaloyl-DL-glutamic anhydride is orally active, which means it can be taken in pill form.
