Beschreibung

2-Amino-2-cyclobutylacetic acid is a linker that is used in the synthesis of peptide, protein and nucleoside analogues. It is an azetidine that can be used to synthesize carbamates. 2-Amino-2-cyclobutylacetic acid has been validated for use in biochemical research and other applications. The compound has been shown to inhibit the aminoacyl tRNA synthetases and is a competitive inhibitor of the threonyl tRNA synthetase.
