Produktinformation
- 1H-Imidazole, 4-(chloromethyl)-1-(triphenylmethyl)-
4-(Chloromethyl)-1-trityl-1H-imidazole (4CMTI) is a molecule that inhibits the enzyme tyrosinase. This inhibition of tyrosinase leads to the reduced production of melanin and the inhibition of the hyperpigmentation process. 4CMTI is synthesized from anilines in two steps, with a reaction time of 1 day. It has been shown to be an effective inhibitor of tyrosinase in vitro, as well as inhibiting tyrosinase activity in vivo. 4CMTI has also been demonstrated to have inhibitory properties on other biological processes, including aldehyde metabolism and bacterial growth.
