Beschreibung:Asimadoline is a compound that has been shown to have analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. It binds to κ-opioid receptors, which are found in the central nervous system and gastrointestinal tract. Asimadoline also binds to kappa-opioid receptors, which are located on immune cells in the brain and spinal cord.
