Beschreibung

TFP-dPEG®12-Biotinidase Resistant Biotin is a biotin derivative of the peptide building blocks, which is resistant to biotinidase. It can be used in the synthesis of peptides by coupling with reactive groups on the side chains of amino acid residues. TFP-dPEG®12-Biotinidase Resistant Biotin is soluble in water and buffers and has a low ionization charge. This product can be used as a fluorescence probe for DNA sequencing and amplification, as well as an affinity tag for purification of proteins from cells.
