Beschreibung:KY-05009 is a small molecule that inhibits the DNA methyltransferase enzyme. It has been shown to inhibit the transcriptional regulation of epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT) and signal pathways, such as the Wnt/β-catenin, TGF-β, and PI3K/AKT pathways. KY-05009 has also been found to be cytotoxic to cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. In addition, it has shown significant cytotoxicity in solid tumours in mice. The mechanism of action of this drug is not yet known, but it may be due to its ability to induce apoptosis by inhibiting histone deacetylases or polymerase chain reaction (PCR).
