Roslin 2 is a linker molecule that binds to cancer cells and disrupts their protein synthesis. Roslin 2 is also effective in disrupting the ubiquitin-proteasome system in cancerous tissues. It has been shown to inhibit up-regulated genes in human cancer cell lines HCT116.
