Beschreibung:SP 100030 is a reactive, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug that is used for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease. SP 100030 binds to receptors on immune cells and inhibits their activation. The drug also blocks the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as TNF-α and IL-1β, by inhibiting protein synthesis. SP 100030 has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in animal models, but it does not have any effect on the growth of normal cells. The mechanism of action is not yet known.
