Beschreibung:SRI-011381 is a novel small molecule inhibitor of the ubiquitin proteasome pathway. It inhibits the degradation of proteins by inhibiting the activity of the ubiquitin proteasome, which is required for protein synthesis. SRI-011381 has been shown to inhibit tumor growth in vivo and in vitro, as well as prevent the development of cancer tissues. This drug also has anti-inflammatory properties and may be useful for treating idiopathic urticaria. SRI-011381 has strong antimicrobial activity against Gram-positive bacteria, such as methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and Bacillus cereus. It also inhibits growth factor β1, which is responsible for proliferation in cells with metabolic disorders.
