Produktinformation
- 4-Amino-2-Methoxy-Benzonitrile
4-Amino-2-methoxybenzonitrile is a cancer chemotherapy agent that interacts with DNA and inhibits histone deacetylase. It has been shown to have synergistic effects when combined with cinnamic acid derivatives, such as 4-methylcoumarin, in inhibiting the growth of cancer cells. The structural changes on this compound are due to substitutions in the benzene ring, which give it functionality and allow for assays to be conducted. This compound is also an inhibitor of inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMPDH).
