Produktinformation
- 2-Amino-5-isopropy-thiazole
- 5-(Propan-2-Yl)-1,3-Thiazol-2-Amine
- 5-isopropylthiazol-2-amine
2-Amino-5-(iso-propyl)thiazole is an inhibitor that binds to the ATP binding site of kinases, including protein kinase C (PKC) and tyrosine kinase. It has been shown to inhibit the activity of a number of different kinases in vitro and in vivo, including PKC and tyrosine kinase. 2-Amino-5-(iso-propyl)thiazole was discovered by a structure-based drug design approach and has been shown to inhibit the activity of PKC and tyrosine kinase in vitro. The discovery of this novel inhibitor is based on x-ray crystallographic studies.
