Beschreibung:
2-Amino-3-piperazin-1-ylpyrazine is a cytotoxic compound that induces apoptosis and inhibits cell proliferation. It was shown to be effective in the treatment of breast cancer cells in vitro, with no toxicity to normal cells. 2-Amino-3-piperazin-1-ylpyrazine also showed cytotoxicity against breast cancer cells in vivo, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the production of proteins essential for cell division. This drug has been shown to have anti-cancer activity against other cancers, such as prostate cancer and leukemia.
