Beschreibung

Azocarmine G is a basic protein that belongs to the class of proteins. It has been shown to be effective in wastewater treatment and can be used as a colloidal gold reagent for staining cell nuclei and other biological samples. Azocarmine G is also an ingredient in human immunoglobulin preparations that are used in diagnostic tests. This protein binds to acidic or basic groups, such as amino acids, with high affinity, which facilitates its use as a reaction mechanism for nuclear DNA. Azocarmine G has been shown to have histological activity, which may be due to its ability to bind to surface molecules on the cells of the tissue.
