Beschreibung

Anthracycline is a class of drugs that are used to treat cancer. It is an anticancer drug that belongs to the group of epirubicin and is most commonly used for the treatment of breast cancer. The epirubicin binds to DNA and prevents the replication of cells, which leads to cell death. Anthracyclines are also used in the treatment of solid tumours and have been shown to be effective against wild-type strains in vitro. Anthracyclines can cause adverse effects on cardiac function by increasing intracellular calcium concentrations, which may lead to multivariate logistic regression.
