Beschreibung

Alizarin is an analytical reagent that can be used as a fluorescence probe to measure the enzyme activities of surfactant sodium dodecyl (SDS) and alizarinase. It is also used in biological studies, such as toxicity studies and transfer reactions. Alizarin has been shown to inhibit the growth of leukemia cells by interfering with the accumulation of leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF). Alizarin is used in a number of analytical methods such as optical sensor, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and acute toxicities. The optimum concentration for alizarin varies depending on the assay method.
