Alkylated diphenylamines are reactive compounds that have been used as antioxidants in industrial processes. These antioxidants inhibit the propagation of oxidation reactions, which can lead to the degradation of polycarboxylic acids. Alkylated diphenylamines are usually synthesized from phenyl groups and fatty acid esters. They are also known as synthetic antioxidants and are used in a variety of industries, such as food production and textiles.
