Beschreibung

C.I.Azoic Coupling Component 19 is a bathochromic, polyester dye with a hypochromic shift which can be used as a colourant in microscopy. This dye is soluble in water and oil and has been shown to be stable under environmental conditions such as light and oxygen exposure. C.I.Azoic Coupling Component 19 has been shown to exhibit dichroism, which can be seen at the microscopic level by the optical microscope due to the shift of colours from one side of the sample to the other. The dye structure of this compound is characterized by its dichroic properties, which are due to its ability to rotate the plane of polarization of light passing through it.
