Beschreibung

2-((4-Amino-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-1-yl)methyl)-5-methyl-3-o-tolylquinazolin-4(3H)-one is a drug that inhibits the synthesis of DNA. It works by binding to the polymerase chain and blocking DNA replication. This drug also has an effect on T cells, which are involved in the development of leukemia and prostate cancer cells. 2-((4-(Amino)-1H pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin 1yl)methyl)-5 methyl 3 o tolylquinazolin 4 (3H) one blocks the production of proteins by inhibiting caspase 9 and caspase independent cell death. It can be used in combination with anti tumor monoclonal antibodies for treatment of cancers such as leukemia or prostate cancer.
