Beschreibung:
6-Amino-2-benzoxazolinone is a hydrophobic, chromatographic, and reversed-phase compound that is used in the treatment of atrial fibrillation. It is structurally related to a number of drugs that have been shown to have high values in the shift assay. This drug has been shown to have inotropic effects on cells grown in culture and has been shown to be effective against thp-1 cells. 6-Amino-2-benzoxazolinone inhibits the production of serotonin by binding to specific receptors on the cell surface and inhibiting the enzyme tryptophan hydroxylase.
