Produktinformation
- (2-Amino-4,5-dimethylthiophen-3-yl)(4-chlorophenyl)methanone
2-Amino-3-(p-chlorobenzoyl)-4,5-dimethylthiophene is a molecule that can be synthesized from elemental sulfur and bromodomain. It has been used in cancer research and as a proton nmr probe. This molecule is synthesized by condensing 2,4,5-trimethoxybenzaldehyde with morpholine in the presence of elemental sulfur. This leads to the formation of 2-amino-3-(p-chlorobenzoyl)-4,5-dimethylthiophene. This compound has been shown to have antiinflammatory properties in vitro and exhibits cytotoxic effects on cancer cells.
