Beschreibung:AB-CHMINACA is a cannabinoid derivative that is a potent agonist at the CB2 receptor, but a weak partial agonist at the CB1 receptor. It is used as an analytical chemistry reference standard and has shown to cause low potency and mild side effects in vivo. In addition, AB-CHMINACA has been shown to induce locomotor activity in mice. The drug was not found to have any significant effect on body weight or food consumption. The analytical method used for this compound is LC-MS/MS with sample preparation by liquid-liquid extraction. This analog of THC does not bind efficiently to the human serum albumin matrix and can show matrix effects when analyzed with different methods.
