Beschreibung

(S)-2-amino-N,3,3-trimethylbutanamide is a metalloprotease inhibitor that inhibits the activity of matrix metalloproteinases. It has shown to be effective against resistant infections. This drug has been used in clinical trials as an encapsulation agent and as a backup for replicating drugs. The drug has also been shown to inhibit replication of HIV and herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1). A variety of techniques have been applied to measure the effects of this drug on endpoints such as devices and optical imaging. The endpoints are transfer, bandwidth, and aluminium.
