Produktinformation
2,3-Dihydro-1H-benz[E]indole is a heterocyclic organic compound that contains a benzene ring fused to an indole ring. It has the molecular formula CHN and optical properties of a white solid. 2,3-Dihydro-1H-benz[E]indole can be synthesized by reacting tert-butyl acrylate with ammonium bicarbonate in the presence of acrylic acid as a coupling agent. The resulting polymer is then hydrolyzed with sodium hydroxide to yield 2,3-dihydro-1H-benz[E]indole. This compound is fluorescent and can be used as a linker in antibody drug conjugates (ADCs).
