Beschreibung:Tert-Butyl carbazate is an organic compound that belongs to the class of trifluoroacetic acids. It has been shown to inhibit the Mcl-1 protein, which is a key regulator of mitochondrial membrane potential and is involved in cell death. Tert-Butyl carbazate also inhibits the growth of K562 cells by binding to their nucleic acids. The reaction solution containing tert-butyl carbazate was found to be more effective at inhibiting inulin uptake than a solution containing a different trifluoroacetic acid. This could be because it inhibits the biological function of inulin, which is the transport of glucose across cell membranes.
