Beschreibung:Benfluorex hydrochloride is a fluorinated derivative of benfluorex, which is an experimental drug for the treatment of bone cancer. It was shown to be effective in treating bowel disease, primary pulmonary hypertension and carcinoid syndrome in animal models. Benfluorex hydrochloride inhibits the activity of enzymes that are involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids.
