Beschreibung:
3-N-Boc-aminoazetidine is a modified aminoazetidine that is active against the tumor necrosis factor receptor 1 (TNFR1). It has been shown to have an in vitro pharmacokinetic profile and to be a ligand for TNFR1. 3-N-Boc-aminoazetidine also inhibits the production of micronuclei and hyperlocomotion, which are both related to cancer development. The drug has been optimized for use as a PI3Kδ inhibitor.
