Beschreibung:
(S)-3-(N-Boc-N-methylamino)pyrrolidine is an agonist of the opioid receptor. It is a bicyclic compound with a pyrrolidine ring in the backbone, which is a chemical structure that has not been previously reported for this type of receptor. (S)-3-(N-Boc-N-methylamino)pyrrolidine activates the opioid receptor and inhibits formalin-induced pain. This drug has been shown to be orally active and selective for the mu opioid receptor.
