17-Hydroxy-17-(methyl-D3)-androst-4-en-3-one is an orally active anabolic steroid that is used in the treatment of male hypogonadism. The drug has been shown to be effective in improving testosterone levels in men with low testosterone levels. 17β-hydroxy-17-(methyl-D3) androsten 3 one has a bioavailability of about 50% and a half life of about 4 hours.
