Beschreibung:
1-Benzhydryl-3-cyanoazetidine is a replacement for the azetidine, amide, and piperidine pharmacophore. It has been shown to be an antagonist of CCR5 with high potency. 1-Benzhydryl-3-cyanoazetidine has also been shown to have a homologous structure to other antagonists that are being studied in clinical trials. This compound has been optimized and shows favorable pharmacokinetic properties.
