Beschreibung

(S)-4-Benzyl-3-propionyl-2-oxazolidinone is a monomer that belongs to the group of spirocyclization. It has been shown to be neurotrophic and to have antiinflammatory effects in mice, which may be due to its ability to stabilize the cell membrane by forming an ion channel. (S)-4-Benzyl-3-propionyl-2-oxazolidinone is also a chiral molecule that can be deuterated, with one or more hydrogen atoms replaced with deuterium.
