Beschreibung:Boc-Tyr-OH is a tyrosinase inhibitor that binds to the active site of the enzyme and prevents the oxidation of tyrosinase into dopa. It is an enantiopure, cyclic peptide with a chemical stability suitable for use in biological assays. Boc-Tyr-OH has been shown to inhibit the synthesis of melanin by binding to the active site of tyrosinase, which is found in skin cells called melanocytes.
