Beschreibung:
O-Benzyl-D-tyrosine is a methyl ester of tyrosine that has been synthesized to be more hydrophobic and less susceptible to oxidation. It is used as an inhibitor in the study of aminopeptidases, which are enzymes that catalyze the cleavage of peptide bonds in amino acid chains.
