Beschreibung

6-Bromocoumarin-3-carboxylic acid is a coumarin derivative that binds to the regulatory domain of the regulatory G protein. It has been shown to have neuroprotective and anti-depressive effects in animal models of neuropathic pain. 6-Bromocoumarin-3-carboxylic acid may be a potential therapeutic agent for various neurodegenerative diseases. 6-Bromocoumarin-3-carboxylic acid has also been shown to have antiinflammatory effects mediated through inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis.
