2,2-Bis(3-aminophenyl)hexafluoropropane is a divalent, hydrocarbon group, nonaromatic compound that has a nitro group. It is insoluble in water and has a viscosity of 1.6 mPa·s at 25 °C. 2,2-Bis(3-aminophenyl)hexafluoropropane is also a monomer that can be used to make polymers. It has been shown to have microfiltration properties and can be used as an adsorbent for organic compounds.
