Beschreibung

1,5-Bis(acryloyloxy)pentane is a synthetic molecule that can be used to treat cancer. It has been shown to have significant cytotoxicity in lung fibroblasts, as well as tumor xenografts. 1,5-Bis(acryloyloxy)pentane is also able to inhibit the replication of herpes simplex virus and can be used for cancer gene therapy. This compound has been shown to be useful in treating primary tumors in pediatric patients and has been found to significantly reduce the size of tumors. 1,5-Bis(acryloyloxy)pentane is an effective treatment for cancer, but should not be used in conjunction with other treatments due to its cytotoxic effects.
