Beschreibung

Benidipine is a synthetic dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker. This drug is used in the treatment of coronary heart diseases, hypertension, and angina pectoris. Benipidine binds to the L-type voltage-gated calcium channels and blocks their opening which leads to smooth muscle relaxation and a decrease in blood pressure.
