Produktinformation
Bis(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)phosphine is a ligand used in cross-coupling reactions to form new carbon-carbon bonds. It is often used as a hardener in glycols, such as ethylene glycol, in electron microscopy. Bis(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)phosphine is also used to synthesize glycidyl ethers by reacting with hardeners such as ethylene glycol. The glycol reacts with the phosphine and electron to form an intermediate that can be reacted with alcohols or amines to produce the desired product. This process is very efficient and can be conducted under mild conditions.
