(2S)-3-(4-Cyanophenoxy-2,3,5,6-d4)-N-[4-cyano-3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-2-hydroxy-2-methylpropanamide is an androgen receptor antagonist that blocks the binding of the natural hormone to its receptor. This drug is used in cancer treatment trials as a monoclonal antibody that binds to the androgen receptor on cancer cells. It has also been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties.
