• Beschreibung: 3-Carboxy-2,2,5,5-tetramethylpyrrolidinyl-1-oxy (3CTMPO) is a reactive control agent that enhances the permeability of membranes. 3CTMPO is a membrane-permeable molecule that can be used to enhance the permeability of cells and membranes. 3CTMPO has been shown to increase the uptake rate of fatty acids in v79 cells. This compound also induces fatty acid synthesis in hamster v79 cells. 3CTMPO is an acyl chain compound with two carboxylic acid groups and one amino group linked by a single bond. The carboxylic groups are esterified with two methyl groups each, while the amino group is esterified with one methyl group.
